Veterans, Military Families Have New Resource, Godshall Says
HARRISBURG – Rep. Robert Godshall (R-Montgomery) said a new website promises to improve access to state services and benefits for military veterans, servicemen and women, and their families.

The Pennsylvania Network of Care website, coordinated and funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, is accessible by computer or mobile device and provides access to veteran services in all 67 counties. In Montgomery County, services may be accessed by visiting the Network of Care website.

“This fully interactive database provides veterans, service members, their families and those who support them with immediate access to a wide variety of information and services that are crucial to them and their circumstances,” said Godshall.  “It enhances our ability to reach out to these individuals with information relating to social services available to them at the local, state and federal levels.”

The database can assist veterans, service members and their families in 80 different languages.  It provides news and information including a state-of-the-art library of conditions, injuries, medications, treatments, assessment tools and online recovery programs.  It also provides access to personal health records, peer support and advocacy, social networking and crisis intervention and emergency services. To access the statewide network, visit this website.
